  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Sydney, Australia.
  • How much will shipping cost me?
    For all your shopping needs, we offer free shipping for orders over $90. Simply select the Free Shipping option at checkout when your order is over $90. For any orders under $90, we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping.
  • Do you ship outside of Australia?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship our products outside of Australia at this time. However, if you would like to stay updated on any changes to this policy, we invite you to sign up to our membership database. By joining, you will have access to any news, updates, or special offers regarding shipping outside of Australia. We appreciate your interest in our products and look forward to providing you with more information in the future.
  • Which shipping courier do you use?
    Australia Post
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. You can expect your package to arrive 5-10 business days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on the shipping destination. If you’d like to keep an eye on your order’s progress, you can easily check its status in your JTEE account. Once the order is fully processed, the status will change to ‘completed’ and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. The tracking link will become active once the package has been received by the carrier. Unfortunately, we do not offer an express shipping service at this time.
  • What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?
    Generally, your order will either be left at your front door when it is safe to do so, delivered to a post office near your address, or returned to us as undeliverable. You can keep track of the delivery status through Australia Post website, and we highly recommend setting up a free Parcel Locker with them to securely collect your order at a time that suits you – day or night, 24/7. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • How can I return my order?
    We provide a 30-days change of mind return policy on any orders, subject to certain conditions. To be eligible for the return, the product must be undamaged, unopened, unused and remain in a saleable condition. Before returning an order, you must email us at service@j-tee.au with your order number, name and address, after which we will send you a return form that should be filled out and sent back with the order to PO BOX 3130, RHODES, NSW, 2138 via Australia Post. Please note that you are responsible for any postage and shipping costs associated with the return. We suggest that you keep the tracking information as a proof of return, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned order, we will provide any refund you are eligible for back to the original method of payment within14 business days.
